Customer Success Manager (Junior)

Operating throughout the world, Kapitol-Infobel also offers numerous B2B solutions including a large range of products and services that allows customers to get or improve, use data for the purposes of publication, marketing, advertising, and other data purpose.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Overseeing the relationship with reseller clients who use Infobel applications, ensuring they maximize their usage.
  • Guiding partners towards self-sufficiency with our applications by creating educational materials, tutorials, demos, and conducting webinars.
  • Developing an onboarding process for new resellers, educating them on tool utilization.
  • Mapping client profiles to understand their familiarity with our tools.
  • Proactively reaching out to resellers to ensure they are engaged and informed.

 

 

This challenge is perfect for you if:

 

  • You have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and a master’s degree is preferred.
  • You are proactive and can quickly understand new concepts.
  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience in client management with a successful track record and have a “farmer” approach to sales, excelling in nurturing client relationships and solving their issues.
  • Your English is impeccable, both in writing and speaking. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • You have a strong affinity for technology and are eager to learn and use new tools.
